Can you not find your tickets ?
In addition to being sent by email, please also check your spam folder; your tickets are available in your personal ResEvents area.
Once logged in via this link, click on My account and then on My purchases to find your tickets.
Question about organization, how it runs, schedules…
Please contact the organizer directly for this question. Their contact details are on your ticket.
If you do not yet have a ticket, please contact the organizer via their social networks or any other means of communication provided by the organizer.
Would you like an invoice for your purchases ?
By logging into your ResEvents account via this link, you can configure your company details under the My account tab, Billing details option.
If you do not have a VAT number, you can enter 0000 000 000 in the appropriate field.
Once this is done, the system will offer to generate an invoice in My purchases.
Would you like a refund ?
No refund is possible unless it has been activated by the organizer.
In that case, you received an email. Please check your emails and your spam folder.
